Quince began with a simple idea — a corner shop for the good stuff, run by people who actually love it.

We're a boutique fromagerie and cellar in Tugun, on the southern Gold Coast. A counter of cut-to-order cheese, a shelf of honest, low-intervention wine, and a kitchen-table's worth of provisions — oils, condiments, biscuits and the bits that make a board sing.

Everything's chosen by hand. We taste it, we stock it, and we'll happily tell you exactly what to pour with what. No snobbery — just good taste and a recommendation when you want one.
