A French apricot fruit preparation by Lucien Georgelin, a family maker anchored since the early 1980s in Marmande, Lot-et-Garonne in south-west France. Cooked the old way in small batches in a copper cauldron with a high real-fruit content and no artificial aromas, additives, colour or preservatives. Bright and fruity with a delicate tang.
