Avent is a modern organic Cava from Hammeken Cellars, grown at altitude in the mountains north of Valencia. A blend of 80% Macabeo and 20% Chardonnay, it sees a second fermentation and around 9 months on lees, giving fine, persistent bubbles. Fresh and well balanced, it is a versatile, food-friendly sparkler.
