Olio Clemente's 1895 is a 100% Italian extra virgin olive oil from the Gargano National Park in Puglia, drawing on more than 120 years of family tradition. A blend of Ogliarola, Coratina and Peranzana olives, cold-extracted to a low 0.2% acidity, it pours a warm gold with a fruity, intense aroma. A premium finishing oil to be savoured raw rather than cooked.
