A reposado tequila from historic distillery La Cofradia in the Tequila Valley of Jalisco, Mexico (NOM 1137), rested six months in white oak. Its showpiece is a hand-painted ceramic bottle fired at 1260 degrees C and decorated by local artisans in the classic multicoloured Talavera pottery style, so no two are identical. Smooth and rounded with soft agave sweetness, it is a gift-worthy sipping tequila.
