Crème de Salidou is the original Breton salted-butter caramel cream from La Maison d'Armorine in Quiberon, Brittany. Made the traditional way since 1946 in copper cauldrons using cane sugar and Guérande salted butter, it's a silky, pourable caramel rather than a stiff confiture. A deli staple for spreading, swirling and drizzling.
