A spicy, textural natural rosé from Poppelvej, the McLaren Vale shed-winery of Danish-born winemaker Uffe Deichmann. The 2024 blends Mourvèdre from Paeroa with Grenache from McLaren Vale's Lot 13 vineyard, pressed direct to concrete egg and aged five months on full lees. Pale garnet with a shimmering orange hue, it is bone-dry, chalky and savoury.
