From Lignorelles, on a plateau just northwest of Chablis, Domaine Courtault Michelet (the 2021 merger of Domaine Jean-Claude Courtault and Domaine Stephanie et Vincent Michelet) crafts classic, unoaked Chardonnay. This Petit Chablis is fermented and aged in stainless steel on fine lees through to spring, giving freshness with subtle texture. A crisp, mineral white that captures the bright, citrus-driven side of Chablis.
