A vibrant, granite-grown Brouilly from fourth-generation vigneron Jean-Paul Dubost, whose Beaujolais estate (est. 1902) is farmed organically with minimal-intervention, low-sulphur winemaking. The Pierreux lieu-dit, named for its stony soils, gives a wine of penetrating fruit and near-saline mineral drive. Light-bodied, fresh and food-friendly.
