A classic alpine white from the Dupasquier family's vineyards at Jongieux in the Savoie, Northern French Alps, made from the local Jacquère grape on clay-limestone soils. Fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged on lees in neutral oak before extended bottle age, giving a fresh, mineral, wet-stone style. A textbook Savoyard aperitif and mountain-table wine.
