Rosa is the Sicilia DOC rosato born of the partnership between Dolce&Gabbana and Donnafugata, blending Nerello Mascalese from the slopes of Etna with Nocera. A brief cold maceration draws out its delicate pale-pink colour and aromatic precursors before two months refining in tank. Floral, fruity and mineral, it is an elegant aperitif rose.
