Eden Mill Golf Gin

Eden Mill is a St Andrews distillery founded in 2012, the first to make spirits on the banks of the Eden Estuary in over 150 years. Golf Gin is one of its three core expressions, crafted with botanicals drawn from Scotland's coastal golf courses including locally sourced kombu seaweed, heather, lavender and pine. The result is a coastal gin with a subtle saline, umami depth and floral lift.
