Ingredients & allergens
Duck foie gras block 80% (duck foie gras, water, salt, Armagnac, pepper), retextured fig (water, fig 4%, sugar, pectin, natural flavour, concentrated red beetroot juice).
How to use
Chill, slice cleanly and serve on toasted bread or crackers as a starter or on a grazing board.
Pairs with
Toasted brioche or sourdough, crackers; a sweet wine such as Sauternes or a fruity rose.
