Foreign Friends is a Beechworth label from sisters Leila and Crystal Davis with friend Juliette Menneteau, launched in 2023. The 'Anna' Gamay is 100% Gamay (around 20-25% whole bunch) from De Bortoli's Dixons Creek vineyards in the Upper Yarra Valley, fermented on skins then aged in large-format neutral French oak. A bright, serious, savoury take on the variety scoring 91 points with Halliday.
