Ada is a dry Nebbiolo rosé from Foreign Friends, the Beechworth-born label founded by sisters Leila and Crystal with friend Juliette, with each wine named for a visionary woman (Ada Lovelace here). Made from 100% King Valley Nebbiolo, pressed off skins and fermented and aged on fine lees in neutral French oak over winter for a savoury, crunchy, food-friendly style.
