A minimal-intervention, easy-drinking red from Andrew Burchell's Good Intentions Wine Co, who farms on the volcanic and limestone soils around Mount Gambier in South Australia. The wines are wild-fermented with indigenous yeasts, bottled unfined and unfiltered, and released with little to no added sulphur. 'Relatively Red' is a bright, chillable style built for summer drinking.
