Heiwa Yuzushu - Sake 720ml

Tsuru-ume Yuzushu from Heiwa Shuzo in Wakayama, Japan, blends one-year-old junmai sake with locally grown yuzu juice in a generous 1:1 ratio, far higher than most yuzushu. The fruit is pressed with its peel, capturing the yuzu's sweet, tart and gently bitter character. Bright, intensely aromatic and refreshing rather than cloying.
