A zesty, textural Adelaide Hills Chenin Blanc from family producer Jericho Wines (a Halliday 5-Star winery), grown in the high-altitude Kuitpo subregion at 350m. A partial wild ferment on gross lees in old French barriques adds texture and savoury complexity, balanced by racy natural acidity from a stainless-steel-fermented parcel. Crafted by winemakers Neil and Andrew Jericho.
