Kanosuke is the flagship single malt from Kanosuke Distillery in Kagoshima, on the southern coast of Japan, where the company's long shochu-making heritage shapes its whisky. Built from malt whisky matured in re-charred shochu casks alongside bourbon and other casks, it delivers an elegant, sweet-and-spicy Japanese style. The standard core release is bottled at 48% ABV.
