A true artisan balsamic from La Vecchia Dispensa in Modena, Italy, aged over 20 years across a batteria of barrels made from six woods (chestnut, oak, cherry, mulberry, acacia and ash). Made from only organic cooked grape must with no added caramel, colour or sugar, it pours thick and syrupy with an intense, harmonious bouquet. A finishing condiment to be used by the drop.
