An orange (amber) skin-contact Pinot Gris from Lansdowne's organically grown vineyard in the Adelaide Hills. A month on skins gives it a glowing amber colour, gentle tannin grip and savoury texture. Made naturally with native-yeast ferment, unfined, with minimal filtering and sulphur.
