Millton's Libiamo Field Blend 2021 is a Gisborne skin-contact (orange) wine, an aromatic union of estate-grown Viognier, Marsanne and Muscat. Hand-picked, fermented and aged on skins for 215 days, then rested in older demi-muid oak and bottled unfined and unfiltered. Millton is certified organic (BioGro) and biodynamic (Demeter), and the wine is vegan-friendly.
