Lou Parais is a classically pale, dry Provencal-style rose from the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence in Jean Giono country, made from Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault grown on dry alpine slopes. Pale onion-skin in colour, it is fresh and aromatic with red-berry, citrus and savoury alpine-herb notes and a crisp, light finish - an easy-drinking, great-value summer pour.
