Maison Renoux - Saigne Apple Cider Vinegar

Maison Renoux is the cellar of Michel Renoux, who grew up in Brittany's cider country and now grows his own apples on his farm in Stanley, North East Victoria. His vinegars are hand-crafted in 1000-litre tanks, where cider is slowly transformed by the floating 'mother'. Le Saigne is a pure, unfiltered apple cider vinegar matured in oak.
