Maison Soleil - Chardonnay 2025

Maison Soleil is a value-driven label crafting clean, single-variety wines from organic and biodynamic vineyards in South Australia, under the eye of long-time viticulture and winemaking consultant Dave Gartelmann. Originally born to channel surplus fruit from the Das Juice / Lo-Fi stable, it has become a portfolio staple. The Chardonnay is made with minimal intervention: aged on full lees, naturally settled without fining or filtration, and bottled with minimal sulphur.
