Very soft, mellow and well-rounded; concentrated sweet-sour balsamic character developed by ageing in casks of chestnut, oak, cherry, mulberry, acacia and juniper.
Ingredients & allergens
Wine vinegar, cooked grape must (Lambrusco and Trebbiano grapes).
How to use
Drizzle as a finishing condiment over cheeses, meats, salads, risotto or desserts; not for high-heat cooking.
Pairs with
Parmigiano Reggiano, duck, steak tartare, grilled meats, and more daringly drizzled over strawberries or ice cream.
