A skin-contact (amber/orange) wine from Minim Wine, the label of Tim Sproal made at the Boomtown co-operative in Castlemaine, Central Victoria. The 2025 'Amber' is a blend of Pecorino fermented on skins for 14 days with a smaller portion of Fiano, sourced from the Chalmers vineyard at North Heathcote and handled oxidatively, then aged over winter in seasoned barrels.
