Savoury and salty with green olive and brine, lifted by green herbs, juniper and a lick of lemon; dry vermouth-like character.
Ingredients & allergens
Carbonated water, sugar, citric acid, natural flavours (green olive, lemon, fennel, sage, thyme, juniper, marjoram, rosemary, quinine), pink lake salt, sweet osmanthus mushroom (natural preservative). Contains quinine.
How to use
Serve chilled over ice with gin, or drink solo as a non-alcoholic aperitif.
Pairs with
Gin (a savoury G&T), or as a mixer in olive/vermouth-style cocktails.
