Mount Zero is a family-owned Victorian producer renowned for award-winning table olives and olive oils from the Wimmera/Grampians region. These organic Kalamata olives are hand-picked, picked black and naturally brine-cured using the traditional Greek method of fermentation in water, salt and a splash of vinegar. The result is a firm-fleshed, deeply coloured olive with complex flavour and a delicious bitter finish.
