A classic Muscadet Sèvre et Maine sur Lie from Domaine de la Grenaudière (Vignoble Ollivier-Cottenceau) in Maisdon-sur-Sèvre, Loire Valley. Made from 100% Melon de Bourgogne grown on granitic terroirs and aged on its fine lees for added texture. Bone dry, saline and mineral, with bright citrus and a Chablis-like tension.
