A pure, mineral-driven Sauvignon Blanc from the Pouilly-Fumé appellation in the Loire Valley, crafted by Domaine Eric Louis from vines on the flinty silex soils around Saint-Andelain. Pale gold with citrus, gooseberry and white-fruit aromas, it is fresh and saline with a classic gun-flint finish. A textbook expression of one of the Loire's benchmark white-wine villages.
