JeT is the elegant dry rosé from Jacopo Biondi Santi's Castello di Montepò estate in Tuscany's Maremma, the name an acronym for Jacopo and Tancredi Biondi Santi. Made from 100% Sangiovese Grosso (the same BBS11 Brunello clone), it is vinified entirely off the skins at low temperature for a pale, Provence-styled colour. Mineral, savoury and textural, it earned a Silver at the 2023 International Wine & Spirit Competition.
