A cult Californian natural wine from winemaker Evan Lewandowski, Feints is a light, carbonic co-ferment of Piedmontese varieties grown organically at Fox Hill Vineyard in Mendocino County. Fermentation is finished at the winery in Salt Lake City; the wine is aged on lees and bottled unfined, unfiltered and with no added sulphur. Crunchy, juicy and refreshing, it drinks best with a slight chill.
