A classic pale Provence rosé from Château Sainte Béatrice, owned by Valerie Rousselle of cru classé Château Roubine since 1994. The Cuvée B is drawn from 30 hectares of south-facing slopes with vines aged 30-60 years, gently pressed and aged on fine lees. Delicate, dry and plush with creamy red fruit and a clean finish.
