The debut 2020 vintage of San Polo's amphora-aged Sangiovese from the high-altitude Vigna del Masso parcel in Montalcino, Tuscany. Whole-bunch fermented with native yeasts in terracotta orci and aged on skins for around four months, it is a lively, pure expression with aromatic clarity and ethereal lift. Energetic and savoury, it earned 91 points from Falstaff.
