Domaine Santa Duc is a benchmark Gigondas producer in the southern Rhone, farming organically and biodynamically with a focus on site expression and finesse over weight. Aux Lieux-Dits is a Grenache-led blend drawn from eight different lieux-dits (named parcels) across the appellation, vinified with whole clusters and native yeasts and aged 18 months in large oak foudres and terracotta amphorae before an unfined, unfiltered bottling. The 2021 is fresh and fruit-driven with firm but silky tannins.
