Sentio is the project of winemaker Chris Catlow, focused on Beechworth and the high country with a minimal-intervention approach. This Aligoté is sourced from the Upper King Valley (Darling Estate Vineyard) and made unfiltered, showcasing a variety long overlooked outside Burgundy. Bright, fresh and textural with citrus, orchard fruit and a savoury, nutty edge.
