From Stefano Lubiana's certified biodynamic and organic estate in Tasmania's cool Derwent Valley, this Chardonnay is grown on vines aged 15 to 30 years and wild-fermented by indigenous yeast in the underground cellar. Aged in French oak barriques (around 20% new), it is powerful yet lean, layering citrus and stone fruit with creamy, mineral complexity. Drink now or cellar for 5 to 8 years plus. Vegan suitable.
