UP-UP's Dark Sea Salt is a single-origin dark chocolate (around 50% cocoa) made from fine-flavour Colombian cacao and finished with a light scatter of sea salt. Expect sea salt up front giving way to well-defined dark chocolate notes reminiscent of toasted hazelnuts, with a soft, rounded sweet-and-savoury finish. The cacao is sourced from a SlaveFreeTrade-certified farm and the bar is vegan; it is crafted in Scotland.
