Widow Jane Whiskey - Rye Mash

Widow Jane Rye Mash is a small-batch American rye whiskey distilled in Red Hook, Brooklyn and aged in once-used bourbon barrels with fresh-cut applewood staves set alongside the oak. The applewood lends a softer, fruitier character than a traditional spiced rye, and the whiskey is non-chill filtered and proofed with mineral water from the Rosendale mines in New York. It is a critically rated pour (90+ points across several competitions).
